I work with experience-led businesses, in-house social media teams, founders and creative industry clients, bringing together strategy, content creation and influencer direction to help brands show up with clarity, confidence and purpose.
Whether I'm working alongside your team or leading the whole show, my role is simple: to put your content centre stage and make sure it delivers when the curtain rises.
How it started
The business I always knew I'd build

Since my first agency role as content creator and writer, which I was head-hunted for after the success of my local blog, there's always been a niggle in the back of my mind... "just start your own thing."
So at 31, after 12+ years across in-house teams as social media manager, working with an OG YouTuber and influencer, to leading social & content strategies and creation for experience-led brands in travel, hospitality, performing arts and lifestyle... I finally did it and took the plunge.

The Content Stage exists because I kept seeing the same thing: social media managers doing everything, alone, all the time, and the work suffering for it. Not because they weren't good enough, but because the best content comes from collaboration, not one person wearing every hat.
I know this because I've been there.

That's what I'm here for. Not to replace you, but to work alongside you. As I believe content shouldn't be rushed and posted for the sake of it, but should be centre stage every time.

My background is in Musical Theatre as I have a BA (Hons) degree in the subject from the University of Chichester and am a volunteer publicity manager for The Griffin Players and have recently performed in The Wedding Singer and Pippin the musicals.

I was born in Kent, moved to Towcester when I was 13 and ended up in Bedfordshire in 2023 and now live with my partner and our British Shorthair cat, Nimbus.

You can see me in a Netflix documentary about Costa Coffee and you can see me for 10 seconds as an extra in the Les Miserables film (watch the wedding scene when the Thénardiers get dragged down the stairs...
